Returns
Please note that all sales are final as we all orders are custom created for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Should you have any questions, please contact us at creations_by_jacki@outlook.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be sure to take pictures of your product packaging and items within your order at time of receipt. If your items were damaged during shipping you will need to contact USPS via their website at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. All packages are insured for $100.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for any items no longer in stock.
